How Is It Done?

Your eye structure, eyelid form and lash line are analysed, the thickness and tail form are decided together, and your approval is taken. After a topical anaesthetic, the line is applied meticulously with a delicate eye-area technique. The treatment takes about 1–1.5 hours.

Healing Process and Timeline

• **Days 1–3:** Light swelling and a dark colour around the eye are normal.
• **Days 4–7:** Fine scabbing forms; the eyes must not be scratched and scabs must not be picked.
• **Weeks 1–2:** The colour lightens slightly and becomes clear.
• **Weeks 4–6:** The result settles; if needed, the thickness and symmetry are perfected with a touch-up session.

Longevity and Aftercare

Permanent eyeliner generally lasts 2–3 years depending on skin type and lifestyle; an annual refresh is recommended. During healing, staying away from eye makeup, pools and saunas and not rubbing the eyes preserves the clarity of the result.
